Immediately after graduating from Texas A&M in May, 2004, Josh attended a nine month discipleship program at Denton Bible Church in Denton, TX. During this year, Josh continued to grow in his understanding of God’s Word, his passion for ministry, and also met his wife, Ashley. That’s not a bad way to spend a year.

Ronnie Morris | Worship Minister
Ronnie longs to see God’s people worshiping Him in spirit and truth in all facets of their lives. Further, he longs to see those who are lost in their sin and spiritually dead come alive by the grace of God through Jesus Christ, who by His Spirit enables people to finally do what they were created to do, worship God with their lives (John 4:24; Romans 12:1).
One way Ronnie helps to make this a reality is through providing leadership for Crosspoint’s music ministry and Sunday gatherings. His passion for leading worship began through his involvement with Clemson University’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where he served with their band for three years. Upon graduating from Clemson in 2004, Ronnie became a Generation LINK Intern with Crosspoint and served four years in this capacity as Crosspoint’s Worship Leader.
In August 2009, Ronnie relocated to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC to finish his Master of Divinity (MDiv.). While attending seminary he became a member of North Wake Church and interned with their Worship Pastor, Daniel Creswell.
In May 2011, Ronnie graduated from Southeastern with his MDiv. and has now returned to Crosspoint Church to serve as their Worship Minister. Additionally, he is currently working towards a Master of Theology in Biblical Counseling through Southeastern.
Apart from music, Ronnie enjoys the great outdoors, sports, a good book, a good conversation, and a good cup of coffee! Oh, and Go Tigers!

Ashley has a passion for working with families and especially young children. She is using her desire to impact families and children for Christ through the nursery ministry at Crosspoint. Ashley also enjoys using her gifts with computers and media to help package and advertise various teaching series and events. A verse that has really impacted her life is 2 Corinthians 12:9—“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
